UNIFORM RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please check the item/s thoroughly on receipt of your order.  If the item or size you have ordered is not suitable, you are welcome to return the item/s for exchange.

Please ensure the following when returning the item/s:

• The item is neatly folded in the original packaging
• All original tags are still attached
• The item is in an unworn, unused state
• A copy of the order form is included in the box with the item/s
• Write the new size required on the order form
• Return the box to Unit 27, Micro Park, 26 Crassula Road, Cornubia Industrial Durban 4302, clearly marked for attention ECP / Karen
• ECP will confirm receipt of the item/s returned

Please note: 

If the item/s have been washed or worn, ECP will not be able to re-stock the item and therefore will not be able to exchange or refund the item/s.
